For Tuition Classes

• Students are expected to agree to the rules and regulations of Buddha Classes at all times
• Should any student cause extreme disturbance during the classes Buddha Classes has all the rights to expel the said student and probit their re-admission to the institute.
• Buddha Classes will not be responsible for any events outside our institute. However should there be any ill events within our premise, a thorough investigation will be held and the responsible party shall provide the compensation, regardless of who it is.
• We have the complete right to expel the students if they are found and proven to break the rules of the institute. The guardians will be provided with a detailed explanation of why the student has been expelled.
• The institution will not have to face any legal precautions under these circumstances.
• The guardians can issue a strike towards the staff should our staff be proven to misbehave. Under these circumstances, a thorough investigation will be carried and if proven, they will be dealt with as per the Nepali Law
• Buddha Classes expects their students to revive the lessons taught during the class at home.
• Tuition fees will be calculated at the start of the session and should be paid at due time. If the payment is not made within the required time, a compensation fee will be added as a first warning and some time will be given to the guardians to make the payment. If the guardians fail to make the payments after the additional time, Buddha Classes has all the right to terminate the tuition of the said student.
• In case a student is expelled and/or leaves the institution before the end of the tuition duration without any notification, there will be no refund of any kind. If the guardian wants some form of a refund, they are requested to contact our office for further discussion.

For Consultancy Services

• Buddha Classes has all the rights to determine if a student has the eligibility criteria for abroad studies.
• The applicants are required to attend all the given classes, complete the assigned projects, and develop an amicable personality to meet the benchmark of the eligibility criteria for abroad studies.
• During the contract duration of the applicant, Buddha Classes is expected to provide the applicant with adequate education materials, good teachers, appropriate guidance, and transparent information about the abroad studies. Should the applicant find any issue within these terms, they have the complete right to issue complaints against Buddha Classes. A thorough investigation will be conducted after the complaint has been filed. Should the institution be found guilty, appropriate actions will be taken. However if the complaint is found to be invalid, repercussions against the applicant will be taken accordingly.
• The applicant will have a prior agreement with Buddha Classes regarding the fee structure. After the initial deal has been made, the fee structure will not change under any circumstances.
• Buddha Classes is under no obligation to ensure the success of the applicant. Should the applicant fail to meet the benchmark, we have every right to disqualify the student from advancing forward. The results for such actions will be published with transparency.
• The applicant will be liable for any physical loss or damages they cause in the institution.

Lok Sewa

• If a student causes an unreasonable disturbance while the Lok Sewa Preparation classes are in conduct, we have complete right to take disciplinary actions against such student. They will first be warned and should they continue to cause disturbances, Buddha Classes has all the rights to expel the said student.
• Buddha Classes will not be responsible for any events outside our institute.
• Buddha Classes expects their Lok Sewa students to review the lessons taught during the class at home.
• Tuition fees will be charged based on the type of course. If the student chooses to take Lok Sewa on a course basis, the feels will be charged as per the discussion between the student and the institute. If the student drops out of the classes during the course under this package, they will need to re-apply if they want to take the preparation classes again.
• If the student chooses to study Lok Sewa Traning classes under the Annual Fee system, they will not be charged extra even if the said student leaves and rejoins the Lok Sewa Traning Classes, given the fact that they rejoin within a year from their date of application. Should they rejoin after a year, the student will need to reapply for the training course.
• Buddha Classes is under no obligation to take responsibility for the failure of the students. While we do take responsibility for the education environment, the success or failure of the students is not under our obligation.
• In case a student is expelled and/or leaves the institution before the end of the tuition duration without any notification, there will be no refund of any kind. If the guardian wants some form of a refund, they are requested to contact our office for further discussion.

Buddha Classes has all right to review these terms and conditions if and when necessary.
